tips for those preparing for usmle

hi friends,
those of you who are preparing for usmle, please take time management as the most important factor.
of course scores matter a lot but there are a lot other factors that may affect your final goal and timing is the most important among them
plan to take your step 2 cs before july 15 and manage steps 1 and 2 accordingly
try to get your name in any publication in a medical journal
i havent yet reached my goal but i think these suggestion are worth giving
if you have any further queries regarding usmle, plz feel free to discuss thru this forum

did u completed yr first step/ when / iam also preparing for 07 1st part is it ok., will i e ale to compete for 2008

i have already taken my step 1, 2 ck and 2 cs and i am participating for this year's match.
i took my step 1 in jan 3rd week and step 2 in may and cs on july 14
i suggest you take step 1 before january, preferably by december
i think that will give you enough time to complete other steps
