Subject: Changing the examination centre

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am [Your Name] from Kathmandu, Nepal. I had applied on [Applicatoin Date] for USMLE [Step I or Step II Ck], India as testing center, for [your Eligibility period] because testing center in Kathmandu had been shut down. My application was processed by ECFMG and it was accepted. Now I have the scheduling permit with me. I was planning to give the exam from Delhi testing center, but I came to know that the examination center has been resumed in Kathmandu, my home town. It will be far more convenient for me to appear for the test from Kathmandu than Delhi.

I would kindly request you to relocate my examination centre from India centre to Asia, so that I could give the exam from Kathmandu.

My details:

Candidate Name : [Your Name]
USMLE/ECFMG ID : [Your ECFMG No]
Date of birth : [Month-Day-Year]
Testing center : India
Program : [Step I or Step II Ck]
Exam : [Step I or Step II Ck]
Scheduling no : [Your Scheduling No]
Eligibility Begins : [Month-Day-Year]
Eligibility Ends : [Month-Day-Year]
Test Days : 1
Current Address : [GPO, & relevant address]
Email address : [your frequently used E-Mail]

Hoping for your kind cooperation.

Yours Sincerely
