i havent received my degree certificate yet... which option should i mark in the following:
Item 22. Medical School Diploma
Indicate which of the following statements applies to you.

I have graduated from medical school, but my medical diploma has not been issued. With my Certification of Identification Form (Form 186), I am enclosing the IWA Document Submission Form (Form 187), the ECFMG Medical Education Credentials Submission Form (Form 344); Medical School Release Request (Form 345); a letter from my medical school that confirms I graduated, have met the requirements to receive my medical diploma and states the date my medical diploma will be issued; an English translation of the letter if required, and a color photograph.

I have graduated from medical school, but my medical diploma has not been issued. I have a valid Certification of Identification Form (Form 186) on file and I am submitting the IWA Document Submission Form (Form 187), the ECFMG Medical Education Credentials Submission Form (Form 344); Medical School Release Request (Form 345); a letter from my medical school that confirms I graduated, have met the requirements to receive my medical diploma and states the date my medical diploma will be issued; an English translation of the letter if required, and a color photograph.

please tell me which one should i mark... the only difference i can make out between the 2 is having a valid certification of identification form(form 186) on file..?
thank you..ur effort is appreciated..

go for the second option becaseu second option indicates that Form 186 is a valid certification of indentification.
