The latest U.N. report shows that 65 million people have been infected with HIV since it was first identified 25 years ago. Twenty five million people have died of AIDS.

More research must be done to prove that electronic personal health records are safe and effective, according to a new article. Electronic Personal Health Records are defined as electronic applications that allow patients to access and/or manage their health information in a private, secure and confidential environment.
