New cases in Pous 2064, HIV = 175, AIDS = 26, Death = 2. HIV rate is very high in Housewives than sex workers in Nepal ! ! ! HIV status in Nepal till 2005: Total Adult=70000, Adult Prevalence (15-49)=0.55%, Number of Women (15-49) LWHA=15,310 (22%), HIV Prevalence rate in IDUs=32.7%, HIV prevalence rate in sex worker=3.8%, HIV prevalence rate in client of SW=2.1%. 1. A wood cutter while cutting wood had a piece of it strike his eye. After few days...discharge. tears+
Diagnosis?
Management?
test?
Will you refer the case?
Prognosis?

2. Diabetic pt. complains of diminished vision field....
Diagnosis?
Change in lens?
Change in retina?
Where will you refer?
Investigation?

1. Dose of Vitamin A in 2years old

I just wonder how the diagnosis is made in the above cases. Please Teach us to diagnose a case with such a short history. And instead of just answer it will be great help if you explain why you choose that diagnosis. Just a guess or have some points you consider to reach that diagnosis.
Anyway thanks for the questions. It is of great help.
