First and foremost thing is your MBBS syllabus has to be recognized if it has not been done before by Nepal Medical Council. If your uncle or relative is here in Kathmandu ask them to contact at xenoMED Foundation office at Dillibazar ask them to call at this no. 01-4441635 and fix the appointment [N.B. When your uncle or relative call at the xenoMED office instruct them that they want to have an appointment with Dr. Angel for NMLE related issue]. He will help your uncle or relative to get this things done. Or if you haven't got any one to help you for this please let us know so that xenoMED could help you in this regards.

If they are not Nepali citizen then there are some procedure like submitting their certificate to the NMC and a meeting will be called, an interview will be held and if everything goes well they will give temporary recognition for certain months or year so that they could work in Nepal. If you need more info let us know.
