The highlight of Friday evening was entertainment programme performed by members and families. Children contributed in an impressive way too. Bharat Natyam from local Indian cultural group was well appreciated. This year, Nepali sisters (Sophie, Karina & and Ambhika) performed spectacular show on Karate. Pramestha Khoju continued performing her dance, as in previous years. Sangeeta Rijal, with her little sister (who was copying Sangeeta) danced beautifully on “Kajrare”. Dr Jamuna Achraya & Mrs Geeta Shrestha are still preserving their beautiful voice. Dr Badri M Shrestha went into his past, as a young man, singing a love song for his lovely wife. Thanks to Dr Gunja Man Sherchan, the programme was well conducted.
Dr Leela Gautam, with an active help of Dr Kapil Rijal, organised a raffle, raising £ 400.00 for the Charity.
