The latest U.N. report shows that 65 million people have been infected with HIV since it was first identified 25 years ago. Twenty five million people have died of AIDS.

I guess its effective only in the Kathmandu. Check out I am not sure.

I heard it works though I haven't tried it coz I have no phone line in my room. Some member of xenoMED tried it after viewing this post and he said it works. I suggested it to my brother and I hope he gets it too. Thank You Alpine.
