prashant tamang isn't a weaker singer than Amit paul if u are a real pujari of sangeet ,he has his unique way of singing ,own vocal ,soft but fabolous voice ,he sings very nicely that it really touches the heart isn't it?if u r really listening to him not what the judges comments or ur friends ,think it seriously that he has reached the final not because of the votes only it is essential but he has got the quality too otherwise look every time all the judges are giving useless comments though he has not loose control he is so determined and keeping the thing s in mind that how much support he is geting day by day he is tryin to pay for the deed no harrassement no sentiments ,

so pliz try to make him an indian idol 3
u can help him in any means there are so many good frens workin seriously to make him an idol u can vote him any where kathmandu mall or vote to bauddha etc.where ever u find ease

Chajindra dai, I guess you feel the same as I do. Prashant has something different in him. Moreover it should be appreciated that he came so far competing such trained talents when we know that he has never been trained for singing. However, we can never be biased, Amit has a great and a deep voice which obviously many people prefer but that never means prashant isnt good enough. One thing I liked about him was his confidence and his bravery. No person would dare to say in that stage of Indian Idol that he is a Nepali ko choro knowing that it could risk his chances of going ahead. That's a trrue Nepali. On my visit to Darjeeling and sikkim few years back, I realised that people there call themselves a Nepali though have to carry an Indian citizenship. For years, they have been fighting with the government for a different state for them which the government haven't cared upon and because of this demand, the government has deprived of developmental activities in their place.

I also favour Prashan but guys spending money on him (isn't it cheating making him idian idol by speding extra money on him, if he is so talented he will be Indiaon Idol by all means).

Instead why don't we look into our affairs, thousands of people are dying of lack of food and become homeless because of FLOODS.

Why don't we contribute that money for flood victims, isn't it sensible?

I also wish prashant has to win but on the other hand if I have been given a choice whether to sms prashant or flood victims I would go for FLOOD VICTIMS.

CSF, U r certainly right.

We are giving too much importance just because it is in the media.

Prashant is becoming a national hero without any reason and we do not know how true is what we are seeing in TV. We do not know what goes behind the curtains and we do not know if it is just a clever idea of the TV channel to get the attention.

We are becoming irrational. Prashant saying he is of Nepali is in no way different than Udit saying he likes India. There will be more people who will appreciate Udit than Prashant.

Nepal is sinking and people are dying of hunger everyday and those do not reach media as much as Prashant reaches media.

I was also surprised by what Nepalese in US are about to do. There are many Nepali singers that they can take on a tour. I don't understand why it has to be Prashant.

U raised a right issue and we should discourage this media hype.
