New cases in Pous 2064, HIV = 175, AIDS = 26, Death = 2. HIV rate is very high in Housewives than sex workers in Nepal ! ! ! HIV status in Nepal till 2005: Total Adult=70000, Adult Prevalence (15-49)=0.55%, Number of Women (15-49) LWHA=15,310 (22%), HIV Prevalence rate in IDUs=32.7%, HIV prevalence rate in sex worker=3.8%, HIV prevalence rate in client of SW=2.1%. The latest U.N. report shows that 65 million people have been infected with HIV since it was first identified 25 years ago. Twenty five million people have died of AIDS.

well i wont miss to thank u .....n i will always be greatful to u for getting me into xenomed .....it was a great turnover....i met great personalites, interacted with them (i hope u understood whom i m referring to), met lot of other people in the xenomed n i m enjoyin working with the xenomed team, its been great ........ its been only 2 months, but i have gathered a lot...n learnin a lot .......thanks to u i m in xenoMED.......

That's really good to hear Dipendra. You have been very interactive too.
About the number of members, friends we all have worked hard for our site and we can't forget a name Dr. Angel whose great effort has made xenoMED an only medical website of Nepal which has made Nepalese medical students and professional in touch with other medicos from different corners of the world and made available every information that a medico needs.
A lot of thanks to Dr. Angel.
This site has a long way to go further and we shall always be together with it upto the peak.
