'single' P2. P2 is always single
As some has stated above--Palpable P2 is a feature of pulmonary hypertension. P2 may be palpable in other condition such as decrease in AP chest dimensions (loss of thoracic kyphosis) coz this condition places pulmonary trunk closer to the chest wall.
