Provectus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PVCT) announced today that its leading anti-cancer agent, PV-10, has received orphan drug designation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of metastatic melanoma.
