Medicare physician reimbursements will decrease by 10% in 2008 under a tax, trade and health care law signed by President Bush on Dec. 20, 2006, according to a final scoring document released on Dec. 28, 2006, by the Congressional Budget Office, CQ HealthBeat reports.
