Well 'nahar',
It depends upon which field you are interested in.
If you are interested in the fields other than medicine: Go ahead for the abroad.
If you are interested in Medicine: Graduate from Nepal. By then you will know what to do or we will sit together and discuss about that.
About medical field of Nepal: xenoMED people can tell you a lot.
Hope you get some clue,
best wishes,

Hello nahar,
well that you have to decide whether to pursue your career in Medicine or go abroad for other subjects. That is entirely depend upon you.
You have to chose one of them you can't do both at a time. If you are thinking about joinning a medical college, obviously its not an easy cake. hundereds of students join medical college in Nepal and hundresds go abroad so to say ~1000 students are joing medical college.
Likewise ~1000 fresh medical doctors get registered in Nepal Medical Council. Situation is different than I joined and now. There is a neck to neck competition.
Therefore if you are determined to join a medical college on thing you have to is study study study and study and be the one in your batch or else if you can't afford that much devotion, dedication and hard work I suggest you to take another subject for your profession.
This topic I think has been discussion earlier too, better you search in the forum, spent little more time and get the whole idea.
And if your thinking to go for medicine please please don't get caught in hand of brokers or education consultancies they will ruin your future ask in the xenomed about where you want to join because as far i am using this site it people share their information and will help you out. Educational consultancies will get the money to send you there but xenomed doesn't ask you money instead it will give you a clear picture. If you think that your geting wrong advices then our big boss (Dr. Angel) is there as he look after everything to go things as it should be.
Ask as many question as you can before deciding for medicine. In today's world nothing is good and nothing is bad, if you can excel in any field/profession there is a great future ahead.

Hey Nahar
it was really a nice querry!! i think u have set only 2 alternatives at present- Studyin MBBS or goin abroad ??? u got many alternatives in life and its important that u choose the one u want smartly! Now its not the time u just confine your life to only few things....if u know yourself n know what u want to do in life then you pursue it, then only u can excel in it. If u think u have the passion to be a good doctor and serve humanity n dedicate your life serving the people ..then go for it....
or else go for the other intersts u have.....u dont have any bondages .....if u follow what u want to become ....then u will have the satisfaction no matter where u reach......u dont have to become what other want u to see as ......good luck.

If you really want to join medicine then you have to work very hard b'coz in todays world its very tough and neck to neck compitition. But i dont mean its only in medical line but its in every profession. You got to do the best in every thing you do. If you think you can do and achieve something then u can join medicine coz each year 1000 of doctors get registration today and there is no gurantee that everyone will be like Dr. Upendra Devakota right???
