Study in Nepal. All the colleges are the same. How good doc U later become depends on you not the colleges here. So join any college U want but put in all the effort.
And, if they allow later, do internship in a good hospital. It is then when U really learn. Medical colleges are good enough only for a degree.
If U later plan to migrate outside Nepal then check which college is recognised where. I have very less idea of that. But, most go to US and there seems to be no problem for grads of all the colleges.
ya brother ,i think you must study in nepal only because if you will come to china you will be facing lots of problems (you have to give extra time for chinese ,computer etc etc also there will be problem for food and above all there will be your parents and friends there in nepal for you).if you however dont get seat in nepal better go to other country (except china ) coz this is my experience out here.there is nothing out here (except some famous universities in china)i better suggest you not to come here .
Best option is that you study in Nepal itself under some KU affliated college. What I see is it does not really matter where u study in Nepal because the course is the same everywhere and after completion of your MBBS, no one is really going to care where u went to because here in Nepal, it is really the degree that matters.
Same thing with the PG, u can go anywhere, IOM, NAMS, BPKIHS. It is the degree that matters and not the institute. And honestly speaking aywhere u go, u have to study yourself, no one is going to spoon feed u.

i understand your problem.. don't be depressed with your failure.. see the path of success it shows... yes l... you yourself know the solution ... u wanna be a good doc right! so just don't head for China .. look for some good college in Nepal... if u don't find then look for other options... GOOD LUCK!!!
