These days some east european countries like poland, Czech, Hungary,Rumania have become magnet for foreign students willing to persue medical education. Mostly from the countries where tuition fee is higher than armm.. Empire state building.viz states it self, the UK and Aus to name few. Many students from these countries(not only) are studying in one of the medical schools of the countries named above. Reasons are:
- the academic language is english
- Living expense in east europe(200 euro/month) is very low than west europe (600 euro/month), the states or oceania.
- Tuition fee is affordable
- USMLE oriented education/exam
- ECTS enables one to exchange to any european partner university
- chance to learn european culture
For electives too applies these things. I have searched web address of some medical schools in poland.
