Information about MCOMS - 26-06-2007, 11:35 AM

Hi,
My daughter has got admission at Manipal Medical College at Nepal. Kindly tell us know about the college. Is it safe? How is the teaching? How are the Hostel facilities? How is the hostel food? What is the cost living there? There are strikes and other disturbances in Nepal. Is it safe to study there? Any information will be useful. Thank you.

yeap, Pal is right
i ve just completed my final mbbs from MCOMS n i am glad to say that she has been in safe place and made a right decision. i always loved pokhara becoz of its beauty, its a heaven. u dont have to doubt in the quality of education. mess food is ok but hygenic, costing around 2500 a month, n some likes some dont. hostel charge is slightly costlier, around 3600 per month. but we r allowed to stay outside in rent. she has just admitted, may not be allowed right now but will be allowed later on as our class female nepali students are living outside the hostel.
we all are there, if u have any doubt, u can ask.
