bishnurath, TORCH screening is done in Central Lab Teku, Siddhi Polyclinic and also IOM Kathmandu. I don't think its done outside the valley or I might not be aware of it.
Cheapest one is available in Central Lab Teku Ph. no 01-4252421. They collect sample all the week but reporting is done on wednesday only.
