Thank you embolus ani raaz dai for your support, suggestion and concern. We will keep in mind about your suggestion and work on the magazine. As this will be the magazine of the KMC, we will not try to give priority to any batch including our batch and like you said embolus we will balance on the content from each batch.
I have seen the previous sanjeevani, and I must say it is very good. We will follow the previous sanjeevani, putting article submitted from the students (which we will inform all the batches), picture of any events (i.e. picnic, health camp, trip, sports events, KMC day, fresher and farewell), we will have a portfolio for the graduating batch which this year will be the 7th batch, poems and jokes.
For the other batches we will try to put each students picture along with their name in the respected batches,
So far we have 20 members in the committee and we always need help from seniors as well as the juniors.
As for when will the magazine come out? We are targeting in the mid April, nd request all the seniors and juniors help and cooperation
Please fell free to give any suggestion, comments and ideas for the magazine
Thank you once again. Probin Shrestha

Good luck guys in bringing out yet another issue of "Sanjiwani". We are proud that the trend continues. We remember working hard in bringing out the second issue of "Sanjiwani" when everything was in doldrum. I would like to advise few things that we did while working on Sanjiwani back in 2000:
1. Work in a cohesive team.
2. One has to lead very well in all the aspects (Angel was chosen unanimously in our batch!)
3. Contribute quality articles. Plagiarism is very common these days in the world of computer and internet. So organize essay, poem, story writng etc competition and publish the top 3 winner articles or any articles approved by editorial team.
4. Do not compromise on quality. Try to give your best shot!!
6. There should always be reserved pages for the outgoing batch and the rest can be distributed equally among different batches with slight dominance of the publishing batch. If you can include pages for the freshers then that would be more fun to read. This is not a myth its a proven fact!!
7. Do not forget to include interview with few distinguished faculty members or your favourite teacher.
8. Do not just focus in publishing too many pictures. Pictures are just one aspect. But if you have enough budget then you can attempt it too but take note of those stupid commentries!
9. Advertisement is very crucial in the publication. You really need to work hard on these. Try and collect ads from big companies. Its more rewarding but do not leave the small ads too.
10. Finally i guess none of the batches have brought out an online issue of "Sanjiwani". Why don't you guys do this? Our friends outside Nepal would love reading it!!

Its really a good first step. First collect a lot of suggestions and ideas and then after you have enough of them, use the best ones. That will bring about the best quality. I will be in touch with you guys for the magazine after my exams and as I already said, I ensure of full support from my batch. For now, I hope you understand, finals are on the head and its really a big pressure.
So, keep up with your work and lastly I would like to congratulate you guys for such a great team work.
