you can look around for legit agencies .. it's a lot easier that way and they usually can arrange for cheaper fees. But keep in mind that you cannot always trust what they say ...if it all sounds too good to be true, you can always ask in here.

i am a medical student in china, i am suggesting you that it is better try in your own country ,,,or if you want to come in china then please be sure the study condition of the college, it is in 31medical colleges list in china, where new foreigner students will come next year or not....i have also some friends from pakistan, if u need more information then ask here....
