I am not a medical student or so but here to just look out for more on be comming one.I am from Malaysia,a Chinese still studying in high school and have thought of be comming a doctor. So, I just pop here and would really like to know life as a medical student. I am in my 9th grade and soon to be streamed as either art or science student next year.I've already plan my path but I still lack knowledge of universities/college option to choose from. I would really like to know the choices of recommended universities to enrol to with lots of practical work involved.I've heard that in India, there are lots of cadaver to do so and so i might be going there but I can't narrow my search on potential medical universities since I don't know one. So, many help would be appreciated! Thanks for reading

oh and I also forget to include that I am nicknamed as Cleo and a female although that is not my birth name. I like working on my hands so my hobbies usually involve things concentrating on mostly hand. Some of them are arts & craft, drawings, sewing and mabey there are more things to learn on.So anyway, nice to meet all of you out there!

Hi cleo, it was so nice reading about you. And if you really plan to come to medicine, you are most welcome. Its a very good field especially if you love to help others and care them.
And if you talk of universities, you have to consider many things. Unless in other subjects, you will have to think of the local language of the place you are going to study because in our profession communication with the patients is the must and unless you can communicate effectively you can learn nothing. So, think over it.
