For Nepalese Foreign Medical Graduate
NMC will have a meeting on the internship issue on this friday. Since Govt. has stoped allowing internship in Govt. hospital, you can do the internship in other private hospital like Patan (start in July - Aug), Kathmandu Model Hospital and B & B & Private medical colleges.
Those of you who want to internship in Nepal Please contact the above hospital and get an idea as how you can do the internship there.

Can we do internship in the affilated hospital of private medical college ... like teaching hospital of KMC, MCOMS, NMC etc etc.
Do KU or Nepal Medical Council has objection over it. ?

I am so happy to let you know that you can do the internship in private medical colleges if they accept you.
NMC has got no problem at all if medical college accept you.

i think the friday meeting has no further more meaning, because preavious meeting also everyone said that NMC, MOE all r positive, but ultimately we saw the result.so we dont want suggestion, we need soluntion, and at present time NEPAL lack solution. |  | Senior Member | | Posts: 278 Thanks: 0

i think(!?) it's good news forus cause obviously private hospitals are better both interms of technology & handlin patients like that..
