04-01-2006, 08:48 AM
There is a meeting at Ministry of Health on Jan 5, 2006. NMC members are also participating.
There was a party after CME Program organized by Nepal Epilepsy Society so,I had an informal talk with the NMC member. He is also participating on the meeting tommorrow. He is very much positive, as I am telling right from the begining, there will be definately a positive response.
Lets hope for the best for Jan 5, 2006 meeting.

okay here i'm with Dr Angel's confident attitude for the positive response of the meeting to take place..
anyway, cheers for the happy lucky news still to break out for many of us in few hours from now..
Meeting went uneventful. According to the source there was a hot discussion on the internship issues. There were members from Nepal Medical Council and Ministry of Health.
According to one of the participants it is said that NMC members have claimed the rule brought by the Ministry of Health is unethical and their decision is too immature.
At least it will take two weeks or more to finalize this issue.

I guess some of your senior might be doing Pre-Internship or Internship request them to raise the voice, althoug I know many of them are doing but you can request them again.
Lets hope for the Best.
