News: Internship In Nepal Issued By Ministry Of Health, hmg Nepal - 22-11-2005, 04:16 AM

It is the news published in Kantipur daily of November 22, 2005. What is your opinion? Is it the right decision? Are the reasons mentioned by MOH is meaningful?
Also take part in poll. Is it your voice friends.

As NMC will have a serious meeting on this issue that they will give their veiw on this matter by Dec 15, 2005.

Most of the NMC members are against this rule, hopefully NMC will implement this rule in a phasewise manner. Lets hope for the best.

this decision is totally rediculous ..it shouldnot be implemented .as private college and students who are outside for their studies are also a part of the nation .we are not something different from them(govt ).govt. should realise that there were lack of medics in country just few yrs back.by implementing this rule i think most of the people will seek their carrier towards foreign countries.
banning internship in govt hospitals willnot help to improve the quality of docs rather it can lead to negative impact .the day will come when there will be scarcity of intern even in bir hospital(leave other district hospitals !!!).
one can easily guess from this decision that gov is lacking on their work on to improving medical sector.

This is not done at all coz there might be people who would like to do internship elsewere than the college they are studying in. I would say no to this.
