When we say Internship its the application of what u learned from your medical school the whole 4.5 years to become a clinician. So virtually u got to know, do and see what you are taught which seems impossible most of the time, but neverthless in some parts.
So at this stage, after few years of completing internship you will feel that u still have a lot to do, a lot to see n a lot to experience. Indeed has to be completed during your Internship.
Practically an intern is subjected to work from 8 am to 5 pm in the evening in the most of the hospital with 2/3 night shifts per week from 8 am to next day 5 pm. But overall this depends on the management of hospital, the immediate seniors (MO) and the big boss ( Registar, consultants) and the Supreme boss --- You ! So with all this some will feel this as honeymoon period and some will feel the pain of Labour...
So there is No rule in Medicine as well said before..No particular rule in Disease pattern no rule on everything...pathology evolving n healing process too...
So I suggest u to be prepared for internship with all your knowledge...The more question u fire to ur senior the more u learn cause after that they have to learn to teach you...this is the scenario out here...
If u feel that u need to be said more....do write.
