New cases in Pous 2064, HIV = 175, AIDS = 26, Death = 2. HIV rate is very high in Housewives than sex workers in Nepal ! ! ! HIV status in Nepal till 2005: Total Adult=70000, Adult Prevalence (15-49)=0.55%, Number of Women (15-49) LWHA=15,310 (22%), HIV Prevalence rate in IDUs=32.7%, HIV prevalence rate in sex worker=3.8%, HIV prevalence rate in client of SW=2.1%. The latest U.N. report shows that 65 million people have been infected with HIV since it was first identified 25 years ago. Twenty five million people have died of AIDS.

frnds, does any1 frm -bpkihs- know abouthe -internship- there! will -bpkihs- allow -mbbs- graduates frm othr country like china to do -internship- in their hospital! it's not pre-internship; it's the -internship- that we need to do for 1yr in -nepal aftr graduatin frm here to be illegible to take -nmle-..
pleas somebody help me on this.. -thankye-

You could do internship in private hospital like kathmandu model hospital, Om nursing home and other but don't know about the BPKIHs since its a semi government i don't think they will allow but lets see the response from BPKIHS guys

Yes, you can do it provided you meet the criteria set by them (private hospitals) like entrance examination and other formalities.

well as far my knowledge BPKIHS has made an agreement with one medical college of china i.e. Xinxiang medical college and on the basis of their agreement they will accpet the students from xinxiang medical college upon charging certain amount of money for internship .....

iam really concernd abouthis as iwillb doin my
-internship- back hom soon but dont know much on this..
what about in thos -nmc- or -model hospital- or othr private 1s, do pupils need to take entrancexams for admission or jus a simple admission procedur..
