New cases in Pous 2064, HIV = 175, AIDS = 26, Death = 2. HIV rate is very high in Housewives than sex workers in Nepal ! ! ! HIV status in Nepal till 2005: Total Adult=70000, Adult Prevalence (15-49)=0.55%, Number of Women (15-49) LWHA=15,310 (22%), HIV Prevalence rate in IDUs=32.7%, HIV prevalence rate in sex worker=3.8%, HIV prevalence rate in client of SW=2.1%. The latest U.N. report shows that 65 million people have been infected with HIV since it was first identified 25 years ago. Twenty five million people have died of AIDS.

rusty mind has rusty thoughts.rules in nepal are made without proper homework and we expect it will be changed just like the bhau of kerosene changes after protest. ......

we should all accept that rules in nepal are made without proper homework. If the entrance system has been set, they have to make sure that the entrance examination is fair. That's where nepal is lagging behind and i dont see any solution either. One thing they can do is, they can incorporate all the hospitals both inside valley and outside valley, then grade them. And then, after the entrance exam, they publish a result and on the basis of the merit, they get the hospital of their choice. It would have been lot easier then. Then, there would be no problem of failures and those who couldnot make it through the entrance exam.
