New cases in Pous 2064, HIV = 175, AIDS = 26, Death = 2. HIV rate is very high in Housewives than sex workers in Nepal ! ! ! HIV status in Nepal till 2005: Total Adult=70000, Adult Prevalence (15-49)=0.55%, Number of Women (15-49) LWHA=15,310 (22%), HIV Prevalence rate in IDUs=32.7%, HIV prevalence rate in sex worker=3.8%, HIV prevalence rate in client of SW=2.1%. The latest U.N. report shows that 65 million people have been infected with HIV since it was first identified 25 years ago. Twenty five million people have died of AIDS.

what about MOE students doing internship in government hospitals? do they have to do three years of peripheral posting now?

If we have to do one year work then what is the amount of salary they are going to pay? Is the job permanent if we like it, or just make our one year effort vanish? What are the benefits of doing work? Can we get free seats for the MD? If the answers for these are positive then its better to work, but no benefits then it is a dictatorship and we will raise our voice, may be took a while (for years) but we will let you down.

MOE student will have to serve for two years thats all.

This has not been decided yet but if you want to continue you will have to pass Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog) exam then you can formally enter into the Government service.

why do these people talk only abt the graduate from china and russia,the thinking of nepalese leaders is still of stone age,they should realize that our country is 200 years back than these countries.if they dont trust they should take the exam,but not to make make such a rules.and if they makes that should for all the graduate from any country. GUYS WE STUDENT SHOULD B TOGETHER AGAINST THIS RULE,WE CAN DO IT

yes nepali . i too agree on your words! there has been a lot of difference between deed and rules. is the NMC is one of the body of the MOH. i think its one of the body of MOH. But see there had been different. Regarding the preinternship and internship. one said one thing and other say another. so .. this sort of confusion shouldn't be there anymore !!!! . we have to work together to solve out these issuse. i know it's very difficult but we can assist what ever possible from our side. i mean to say we shouldn't be back saying that system is bad, people are bad, so let's start oursleves............
