New cases in Pous 2064, HIV = 175, AIDS = 26, Death = 2. HIV rate is very high in Housewives than sex workers in Nepal ! ! ! HIV status in Nepal till 2005: Total Adult=70000, Adult Prevalence (15-49)=0.55%, Number of Women (15-49) LWHA=15,310 (22%), HIV Prevalence rate in IDUs=32.7%, HIV prevalence rate in sex worker=3.8%, HIV prevalence rate in client of SW=2.1%. The latest U.N. report shows that 65 million people have been infected with HIV since it was first identified 25 years ago. Twenty five million people have died of AIDS.

West China University Of Medical Sciences is organising a Football League in the May Holiday.There are a total of 4 teams participating in the league.


1. West China University Of Medical Sciences - 2 teams
A. Huaxi Team-A
B. Huaxi Team-B
2. Chongqing University Of Medical Sciences
3. Luzhau University Of Medical Sciences

On the labour holiday (May holiday) intercollege football league is organised by West China University of Medical Sciences,Chengdu to bringing together all Foreign Medical Students to one common abode and bridging the gap among them.The event was being organized by Foreign Students of WCUMS,Chengdu.The football tournament began yesterday afternoon,May 1st.Total of 4 teams participating in the league.

(1)West China University of Medical Sciences (team-A)
(2)West China University of Medical Sciences (team- B)
(3)Chongqing University Of Medical Sciences
(4)Luzhau University Of Medical Sciences


The venue for the event is WCUMS,Jiangan Campus's football ground and will be for about a week's time.

1st May.2006

1st game : WCUMS,Chengdu (team "B") vs CUMS,Chongqing
Result:- WCUMS-4 , CUMS-3


2nd May.2006
--------------------
2nd game :WCUMS,Chengdu (team "A") vs WCUMS,Chengdu (team "B")
Result:- WCUMS (team "A") -4 , WCUMS (team "B") -1


3rd May.2006
--------------------
3rd game : WCUMS,Chengdu (team "A") vs CUMS,Chongqing
Result:- WCUMS (team "A") -3 , WCUMS (team "B") -3


Winner of this Football League is WCUMS,Chengdu (team "A")
