You are right about the slow loading problem. We are getting this complain from many of our users and we too are facing this problem in the peak hours.
Our admin is already aware of this problem and is working on it. I am sure you won't have to face this problem for long.
From the poll I can make out that many of our members really loved the new outlook. About the problems being faced, I am sure they will be solved soon.
