Yesterday 21st April, xenoMED had an oppurtunity to go to the community and serve the people there. The members who voluntered there were:

We had managed to make different settings for General Medicine, Surgery, Gynaecology and Paedriatics in a small school at Chaimale which was established in 2017 B.S. There were about 180 patients who visited the camp with different problems much of who complained of GI symptoms and weakness. Many of them just visited the camp so that they could get some free medicines, some came walking a long way in a hope to get some relief for their problems. To those such patient we could do not much but give him some good word and referral to some good hospitals in Kathmandu. Over all the camp was a success.
Hoping to get more oppurtunities like this in near future, help and co-operation from our members in the same way. We all really had a great time out there. Lastly, I would like to thank xenoMED and Dr. Angel for providing us such oppurtunities.
