i really like this post, we always take the simple things for granted. i guess many of us don't know how to brush properly and as a result we either suffer from tooth decay or enamel erosion to horrible looking black teeth.

Yah, during my dental check up my doctor regularly reminds me of this and I think this is something that many of us dont know and is very much necessary to know.
