Seizure history

This is a real story: here we go

One resident in a medical college in Bangladesh was particular about one question during history taking and that was about seizure.

His juniors were fade up with his attitude because it was irrelevant to ask seizure in each and every cases. So, one of the intern tried to find out why this resident was particular about seizure history.

After an investigation he found that there was an incident when the resident was an intern. He was posted in the ER and one night at 11 O'clock a man of 24 years old was brought in a semi unconcious condition and the patient party were telling him that bleeding is going on due to amputed peenis.

He did everything he could like mainitaining A, B, C and on examination he found that peniis was amputated at distal 1/3 and was hanging down, whole part was choped off only a tag of skin was there between the saft and the glans.

Then he refer to the Surgical department, they operate him but unfortunately they couldn't save his manhood.

Next day ER incharge came and ask what were the cases last night, he said everything but ER incharge stopped when he said there was a case of a amputed peenis. Then ER incharge ask him did you ask the "SEIZURE HISTORY" he said NO SIR.

The ER incharge shouted "go and get the seizure history you moron." He went to the post op as he was opreated last night, the patient was concious looking down with gloomy face.

He asked to the patient, was there any history of seizure? Yes, said the patient.

Then he asked the patient to describe it.

Patient said, last night I went to brothel and was having oral sexx in the meantime the prostitute had the seizure.
