For All Who Read & Write - 29-11-2006, 11:54 PM

We will begin with a box the plural is boxes,
But the plural of ox is not oxes.
One fowl is a goose, but two are called geese,
Yet the plural of moose should never be meese.
You may find a lone mouse or a nest full of mice
I get the plural of house is houses, not hise.
If the plural of man is always called men,
Why should not the plural of pan be called pen?
If I expose of my foot & show you my feet,
And I give U a boot,would a pair be called beet?
If one is a tooth & whole set are teeth,
Why shouldn't the plural of booth be called beeth?
Then one may be 'that' & three would be 'those',
Yet hat in the plural would never be hose.
We speak of brother & also of brethren
But though we say mother ,we never say mothren.
The masculine prounouns are he,his and him,
But imagine the feminine she, shis & shim.

thanks, i also don't know much about this language stuffs u know i didn't realize that Punctuation is powerful, until i read the following

An English professor wrote the words: "A woman without her man is nothing" on the chalkboard and asked his students to punctuate it correctly.

All of the males in the class wrote:
"A woman, without her man, is nothing."

All the females in the class wrote:
"A woman: without her, man is nothing."
