About forum development

Dear friends:
I'm a fresher.I have registerd xenomed forum for few days, but I have visited forums for nearly 6 yesrs. At that time people call it BBS.We always think the more communication, the more you get.We always find surprize after reading people's cool ideas. Now I do my PG reasearch and need more info.Sharing is a good feel.Because one ebook,I found this web.I felt great.I wish learn more from all of u.I wish I can share with u.
So I will give u my opinon about this forum. All of u have done a great job for Medicine.Maybe not systemy,I try show all detail I found.
1.We should know what the aim for forum, where to go,how to go.We also need some core leader to manege forum. That's a team, not for personal aim. Then we can draw more PG.Doctor&other people here.
2.knowledge is power. So high quality people is core of forum development.
How to attract those? That's a question.
3.This forum have been about 6 years. But we only have 1767 members,3350posts.It's too few.Why ?It need us to think deepley.
4.This forum have a very clear category. And there're too many threads.Members should click at leat 2 to find thread.
5.According these situation, I susgest that cut some detail part.Maybe
5or6 big part contain 3357posts ,that's ok.There are 37 big parts only contain 3357posts.That's not a good way .

Ok.maybe, It's not usuful for it. I just want to show how appreciate for this forum.Thank u for your sharing spirit.

U also can contact with me by atcg5@yahoo.com.cn

Good luck!

Hi actg
Thanku for ur suggestion but I would like to say u its only 10 months that we have started this forum before that we had discussion under nepal drug review i.e ndr.com but after its we thought that we all the medical professions need a different forum to express our views and share our thought so we started again a fresh and it turned to be xenoMED and we are here only from the past 10 months.

That's not a key point. We need a team to manage this forum. If you have a interest ,u can visit www.dxy.cn/bbs .Our forum must have our special feature. What's it? We only care about the development of forum.
I deeply understand communicating is so importantly.
I wish this forum can do better and bigger.

If we want to do better,we must know follow points.
1.We should know what's our forum advantage and disadvantage. We must abide the turth. And then do sth for it.
2.We must have hope.Hope is always a good thing.
3.In fact,I agree that the forum develop better, however we have a long way to go.There is no time to show the reasults.
4.If u want to say the largest ,u should evaluate the whole world web.
just now ,I show u the web .If u realy visit that web.I think u wouldn't say that words.
5.First do the best med forum in your country,If most of your country's elite will come here.U have valuableness source to build bigger and better forum.
Sencond, think big,do small. spend much time to draw a plan for it.
15 advisitor is not enough,by the way qulity is more important.
Third, every borad need one manager to build.
We need more and more people to come here, especially for ability man.

Good luck.
