I would suggest you to figure out first, whether your medical education is recognized here. Last year, I met a medical graduate from Georgia, who was "again" studying medicine here in Germany from the very beginning. Since he did not get full credit point in any of the pre-clinical and clinical subjects, he had to repeat everything. On asking him, why he didn't stay back home and did his residency there, he told that it was very hard to get residency there and quality was not comparable to western standards, so he rather chose to study medicine in Germany from beginning, so that after 6 years, he could do residency here.

His patience was admirable.

So, you better try to get recognition from here first, before you plan further. However, it surely depends on which university in Tbilisi you visited.

Good Luck

Dear abhi08,
please read my earlier posts in this thread. I have clearly mentioned the criteria and what you need to do.

Dear abhi08,
whatever scores you have, will hardly matter. You must have passed BDS and must have a license to practice from your home country. Then after you have to apply to the state government to acknowledge your education. Most probably you may need to work for months or year(s) as to "adaptation period". So that you come to the level as German dental graduates. There education takes 11 semester (5.5 Years) to complete.
Then you have to apply for residency. They will test your competency and clinical skill.

So for you now, most important thing is German proficiency.
