A 58 yr old man with myocardial infarction in RCA (rt.coronary art.) region. Heavy smoker and H/O DM and HTN. Prev not taking medications. EKG shows ST elevation in the inferior leads. Thrombolytic was given, Nitro drip, metoprolol, anticoagulants were started. After 2 hours BP was 80/60mmHg, HR was 32 bpm. What is the next appropriate mgmt: 1. Stop metoprolol
2. Atropin inj
3. Dobutamine iv
4. iv fluids
5. Temp pacemaker |
