As part of a research experiment, a person undergoes two fine needle muscle biopsies to obtain small amounts of tissue for biochemical analysis. The first is taken at the beginning of the experiment while the subject is at rest. The second is taken at the end of 30 minutes of aerobic exercise on a stationary bicycle. The activity of the muscle pyruvate dehydrogenase complexes is found to be much higher in the second measurement. Which of the following biochemical changes would be most likely to produce this effect?
A. Decreased ADP
B. Decreased intracellular Ca2+
C. Increased acetyl CoA
D. Increased NADH/NAD+
E. Increased pyruvate concentration

It been long time no see no massage i thought you already went to US for 3rd step so i have not seen u around here.
well now it is almost the end of vaccation here in china next week class will start and again will be little bit busy, during this Vac. almost every day i used to see new post but there is no things that i like to discuss like we used to, i saw some good stuffs in clinical part others are just #@#@$%^^$#* in this site so i prefer to watch not participate in such things. and about hero well i dont know too may be he has been to nepal or busy for final moves..?? idont know i have not heard from him too. as far as i remembered i asked Email id of both u and hero but non gave me so i was not intrested in sending any private massge to, any way i have learned some good stuffs about med. IQ form u guys, so i am greatfull to both of you.
well BIO-chem part is my weak part but let me try by looking book ok
Pyruvate Dehydrogenase-decarboxylates Pyruvate and oxidizes forming Acetyl-CoA, CO2, and NADH. and conversion of pyruvate to acetyl CoA requires 5 conzyme -TPP,lipoamides,CoASH,FAD and NAD+,
and in this Rxn. ---> Substrate is :-pyruvate ,CoA ,NADP+ ,so it goes for option E
Product is :- acetyl-CoA ;CO2 ;NADPH for this option C
so, although substrate con. might increase a little bit but increase in it's coenzyme should increase it's concentration so i suppose option D is the correct one.
