ecg is never a confirmatory test except few cvs diseases....
u have to guess possible diagnosis . moreover, u have to go through history and likely possibility is the answer..

in this case typical copd history and s/s are presented.

as far as confirmatory test is concerned provocation test i think might be good idea......

about ecg not being specific there is no argument...u are absolutely true..

hey shubash , what will happen in this world if the diagnosis of the same case is different in different websites or if the diagnosis differs according to individuals...
it would have been better if u had told the explanation was from the Journal; couldnt have agreed more with u if u had said so.... really like to see your version of explanation .... anyway thanx for reading my reply and ur nice comments...

No hard feelings john, and nothing personal...I never said that the diagnosis should be different in different journals,or individual should have different idea regarding the same diagnosis, people would suffer like hell,I know that.Only thing I didn't like and wanted to comment on is that you gave the answer, which you already knew is true and still acted like you were just trying. And not to mention,as SAcreed,I didn't like that attitude. You could have approached in different way...and may be I should have done the same....sorry if this hurts ,but this is what I meant to say.
Bye,take care...
