I agree with Raaz and Ajay. Its really a tough time. We don't know what exactly to study and what not to. The course is so vast and time so short.

hi,,,,indeed true final year of MBBS....though i have not passed from the KU curriculum... i can give you guys some tips..for your preparation...
1.the foremost thing is you have to manage the time for surgery, medicine n gynae n obs
2.you have to be self confident that you have to pass no matter what
3.attend the wards regularly..and study the cases which u see in the ward..so that it gives you a clear view of the case
4.go through the main chapters which are most common and frequently asked coz you have to prepare for your written a s well as viva..
5.practice the clinical examination on a daily basis so that your hands doesn't fumble during examining the patient.
6.don't stress too much ..at first study on your own and then discuss with friends..
7.you have to memorize with a clear concept what u have studied..
8.it is the toughest year..but don't panic after all u 'll be a doc after giving this exam..
so....wish you guys all the best.................and believe on god ...u can make it...coz we too have gone through the same phases..
