Oh great...I really can't remember 1 cup of tea gives this much of calories, 1 cup of coke, 1 cup of coffee, 1 glass of water, 1 'thal' of rice, 1 bowl of daal, saag, aalu, achar etc etc...good way to calculate...nice !!!

Euta Long chart Dinche ni sabi food ko cal. leke ko. , THEI bate calculate garne ho..ani ramlo kura garu hai hamro practice class ma hami le je pani badyre laeke ko ti pani index value bhnda kam hune ani keta haru le first class protein ko leval badune ..caloric intake te pugyo tere fari Malnutriation ko problem.. ramilo huntyo Dietary survay ko practice....any way vaccation kasto vi rako che te? nepal gai sakyo ki yeti chu?...see u later.....

We use the dietary chart to calculate all this. Ofcourse remembering all the calorie and protein values is almost impossible. A dietary chart and CDC chart is compulsory in our paediatrics ward.
