Hey see, its true, KMC does not pay its interns much. Its true, KMC does not care much of the infrastructures, the toilets are pathetic, its hard to imagine how the patients manage with those toilets where even the healthy ones would get sick. And KMC does not have sufficient number of teachers for the basic science. Every thing is true but I feel after all its my KMC, its where i have studied five years and the KMC staffs from the sweepers to the HODs, every one have become a part of my life. Its true KMC has a lot to improve from our salary to the toilets but still i love it. And i believe its some money minded people at the administrative level who are creating all the mess and it feels sad to see our college and hospital closed every next day.

its not that we dont love our college.we love our college as much as any other students or doctors do.
we want our hospital to be the best in world.
we want every patient students doctors be satisfied withh our hospital and its service.
we are tired of hearing the comments from patients ,students and doctors.
its better some one initiate to reform the college..
it should have been in best position than it is present now.
hey ..have u visited other medical colleges.
first see their quality and compare them,i think its not same all over.
i havent seen but im sure.
tara hamlai baal jasto bhayeni hoina.
jaha padhe pani banne doctor nai ho.jasto bhaye pani ke matlab yar hamlai ...
I agree with pal, its the same everywhere. You may go and check for your satisfaction. You go and inspect other hospitals which provide health care at the same cost as KMC and then i think you will realise KMC is not at all bad. The private nursing homes might be spotlessly clean but just look at how much do they charge. so, its not unreasonable and unexpected for kmc to be little filthy considering the cost at which it is providing the services. The only question here is how much to expect at which cost? If you have seen the paying wards and the new cabin at KMC, you will be surprised - how can KMC be so clean?
And in a way, its true, wherever you study, after all you are going to be a doctor, the college doesnot matter much once you graduate, but what remains is lots and lots of memories that are hard to erase.
so the bottom line is - its better to stay positive, stay ready to adapt to whatever situation and condition u have to work at, that's the only way out.
