I was going through the paediatrics and couldn't get the answer for three main causes of malnutrition in Nepal.
Then I found this
link... Malnutrition is the most common cause of morbidity and mortality among children in the developing countries, specifically in the rural areas. The principal causes of malnutrition are
poverty,
illiteracy, and a
lack of education on the importance of a balanced diet. As a result, children are deprived of essential nutrients.
