physiological q waves in inferior leads disappear with inspiration
pathological q waves >25% of R wave height

v1 v2 septal
v5 v6 lateral
v1 to v4 anteroseptal
v1 to v6 anterolateral
1 and avl high lateral
v1 to v6 with 1 and avl extensive anterior
2 3 avf inferior
