i read the indication for dialysis in renal failure....2 different books have mentioned different indications...e.g.
one textbook: 1)urea>30mmol/l 2)creatinine>600umol/l 3) K>7mmol/l 4)fluid overload 5)uremic pericarditis

another textbook: 1) K>6.5mmol/l 2) severe acidosis eg.bicarbonate <15mmol/l 3) symptomatic uremia eg hiccoughs, confusion 4)pericarditis 5) pulmonary edema

please help me which one is correct

i don't see any problem u can use either of them, there are lots of variation in the indication of dialysis
