New cases in Pous 2064, HIV = 175, AIDS = 26, Death = 2. HIV rate is very high in Housewives than sex workers in Nepal ! ! ! HIV status in Nepal till 2005: Total Adult=70000, Adult Prevalence (15-49)=0.55%, Number of Women (15-49) LWHA=15,310 (22%), HIV Prevalence rate in IDUs=32.7%, HIV prevalence rate in sex worker=3.8%, HIV prevalence rate in client of SW=2.1%. The latest U.N. report shows that 65 million people have been infected with HIV since it was first identified 25 years ago. Twenty five million people have died of AIDS.

Test Date availability in KTM center??? - 13-06-2007, 04:53 AM
I had been hearing that test dates are very tight in KTM center. I have plans to take CK in KTM in september but i havent registered for it yet cos i'm in dilemma whether to choose India testing region or Asia (for kathmandu). Can anyone tell me whether test dates are available in KTM during september. Prometric site doesnt help unless u enter scheduling permit number. Calling the test center also didnt help -- they referred back to website. I'll be very grateful if anyone can help.. thanx

don't worry it just a rumor... five days back checked the dates for availability... after July 18 till end there is no dates but there were lots fo dates in August and afterwards...
