New cases in Pous 2064, HIV = 175, AIDS = 26, Death = 2. HIV rate is very high in Housewives than sex workers in Nepal ! ! ! HIV status in Nepal till 2005: Total Adult=70000, Adult Prevalence (15-49)=0.55%, Number of Women (15-49) LWHA=15,310 (22%), HIV Prevalence rate in IDUs=32.7%, HIV prevalence rate in sex worker=3.8%, HIV prevalence rate in client of SW=2.1%. The latest U.N. report shows that 65 million people have been infected with HIV since it was first identified 25 years ago. Twenty five million people have died of AIDS.

Wink What's Next After Graduating from CHINA? - 06-03-2008, 09:49 AM
Studying in CHINA has been a biggest adventure in life and that's also in Chinglish medium. (i am serious) It's been a hell lot of ups and downs here. Language, People, Community, Class, RMB, no bandhs.. away from home...oh what a life? But with all those new experiences and making a life for 4-5 years it's good to be back home. (Nepal ko situation dekhera wakka ni lagcha yaar kahilekaahi ta)

Went through THIS THREAD on why did one choose China for medicine. And I got curious to know,
WHAT'S NEXT AFTER GRADUATING FROM CHINA?

Want to come back again for M.D? USMLE? NMLE? Get married? or switch career or what? Would be great to know about it.

i'd like to do further study. hmm.. hey by the way, any idea about Masters in China? and yes if we continue for Masters after we finish our Bachelors, do we have to go for internship after we finish Masters or is it - we finish Masters, take Licensing Exam and start practicing?

Chinese medical garaduates in general will have to work in Nepal for a couple of years before going back to persue post-graduate studies.It is the only way we can push ourselves up.
