Let's learn Chinese Medical Terminology! - 05-03-2008, 10:49 AM

Thinking Chinese language & so called pre-internship rejection from our own government, it's a big pressure for most of our Nepalese friends studying here in China. But we can't keep quiet and bear the pain, 'cause we need to move on and yes right now I think moving ahead is all about improving & learning Chinese.

So I'd like to start off with some basic English-Chinese medical terminology that I know and am looking forward for other friends' contribution too. Let's make this thread really useful one and help each other.
Let's start with this today:
  1. head- tou2
  2. eye- yan3jing1
  3. ears- er3duo
  4. nose- bi2zi

Well about this question, what i think & believe is it depends upon your determination first. and secondly, since Chinese is not our first language and even course of study wasn't Chinese, what can be done is; don't try to pressurize much, just keep on practising the necessary words, use them often.. and slowly you will just remember it. Rather than formality I'd like to say, it's the sharing of knowledge and yes in return i'd be glad to get other contributions that i don't know. Even not much, but I bet this will certain help. Anyway will be posting more.. good luck folks
