Feb 14th, a day good for beginning!!!
Everyone was behaving unusual. School kids to college guys were like acting different. Early morning, the streets were filled with couples walking around. Single girls in beautiful dresses.
When I looked at the newspaper, I then realised, it was valentine's day. The Newspaper too looked red as if soaked in juice of rose with lots of love messages.
When i reached Sinamangal, I saw a crowd around Nobel College. When i looked in, i saw students of the college had organized an open LOVE PROPOSAL programme. Anyone could propose their loved one at the spot and infront of my eyes amny heart were glown while many were blown. They also kept roses on sale for the people around Sinamangal to buy them and give them to their loved ones. nice jobs indeed.
In the evening, just outside my house wall i saw a guy of around 16 give a rose and propose a girl and as far as I saw, i guess she accepted.
Well, its not our culture but I say, its not bad either.
People say, everyday should be a valentine's Day, I agree to that too. For lovers,everyday should be as beautiful as a valentine's day but for those who need to show their feeling to their loved ones, this day will act as a good initiative, a day when you have less chances of getting sandals.
