“Why waste your time in this poor nation which can’t even pay me enough for my labor, which can’t give me good opportunities suitable for my potentials when I have better ones abroad and after all earnings in dollars, riyals, pounds too......
Awesome…..?”

Even you all think the same, don’t you? If you do, then you must realize that you are selling yourself and your dignity. You can no more call yourself a son of your mother.

It is undoubtedly a selfish step, which was and is being taken by our brothers and sisters. Actually, it is not only a burning problem of our country, but it is a problem of all the under-developed countries where unemployment is escalating or better opportunities are not available.

Skilled, experts, well-trained, experienced manpower can be finger counted here because those who do have are using theirs to bring up the countries of others all just for their self prosperity, only for a happy settled life.

This is the indigestible truth among us. Actually it has become a trend in our generation. This is the one of the complex barriers in the development process of a nation like ours.

Comeon Doctors, Not you too!!!! Don’t betray your mother. All of you want to work in countries where you can get lots of facilities, good earnings & for all this even the potential and well educated people of this society like you too leave behind your motherland, why? Just because you want to earn in Dollars? You want to make your dreams come true? But did you ever look back to the dreams of your mother?

Or that you want comfort, ahh……. forget the hills of your motherland where all you get is tired days after serving the people with no cafes or bars to end up your weekend, no roads to ride on your dream cars and last and most important of all, only the few thousands that the government can afford to pay you after all that hard work. Obviously these poor people can’t afford to visit your private clinic!!!!!!

You forget the peace of mind which you get in the blessings of your countrymen after you serve them, after you relieve their pain. You forget how proud your father can be after seeing his son serve his motherland. Just you have in mind is how proud you can be when you have all the riches you ever dreamed for, all the comfort a man can ever seek for.

But comeon, you are not satisfied, you will never be.

Moreover, you will never achieve the PEACE OF MIND because your father is not happy, your mother is not happy. All life they served you, raised you to be a doctor and when you are one, you leave them behind for search of money. Money ain’t ganna keep them happy at this ending phase of their life. Only thing they seek for is the love and care you can give them, only thing that can make them proud is you serving your motherland and that is where your PEACE OF MIND lies.

My father once said, “Live like a Lion in your own place rather be it a desert, but never as a Fox in others jungle” Of course you are a doctor, you have a place in the society wherever you go but comeon don’t lie yourself, Someway or the other its different being in others place.

We must not forget that our problems can be solved only through our own endeavors. Neither sky will cry on our miserable condition, nor will the earth come for our help.

Today your motherland is asking you a favor. All life she raised you to a potential man and she wants you to employ that potential for her.

Even a small effort from your hands, for the welfare of your country will definitely pay you enough for your living and that very effort will give you satisfaction, which is what a man ultimately seeks for. When you begin to realize that your country has changed, you will feel proud of yourself & of your country……..…… You can proudly say that you changed it and Ultimately you get
Satisfaction…………..
